Bonnie Schneider is meteorologist appearing on the various platforms of CNN as well as HLN. Additionally, she serves as the co-executive and on-camera producer for a DIY NETWORK television special titled LAST HOUSE RUNNING that premiered the 30th of March, 2012. Her first book EXTREME WEATHER which came out from Palgrave Macmillan on January 31 in 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. As a Boston-based special assignments reporter, she covered every week three times on lifestyle, entertainment as well as news. Her prior position was weather forecaster for weekends at WFOR-TV, Miami. She has held several reports and meteorology positions, including: News 12 Long Island that is a 24-hour cable news television network, and WXII TV, which is the NBC affiliate in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She was also a frequently fill-in to The Saturday Early Show on CBS's New York City network.
