Aisha Hinds
Aisha Jamila Hinds is a known American actress who is best famous for the roles she appeared in the television series "True blood" and The Shield.' She has demonstrated her versatility from the moment she made her debut on TV at the age of 23 in 2003. Her performances have excelled in series such as "9-1-1", "Detroit 1-8-7" and "Under the Dome". The year 2005 was the first time she was noticed initially for her portrayal of Anna in 'Assault On Precinct 13". In reality, it was her role as women's right campaigner Fannie Lou Hamer, in the biography film "All the Way" which ultimately earned her the recognition she deserves as an actor. Hind was also acknowledged for her role as Harriet Tubman in WGN America's"Underground," an historical drama. She currently stars on the procedural drama series '9-1-1' in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta "Hen" Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television has renewed the series for a third season. In the past, Hind wrapped filming for the Hollywood movie 'Godzilla: King of the Monsters' that is scheduled for release by mid-2019.
